- add -dext option to dump all driver extensions
- add checking of (Fdo|Pdo)PnpDispatchTable, (Fdo|Pdo)PowerDispatchTable & (Fdo|Pdo)WmiDispatchTable in pciidex.sys
- checking of CLASS_DRIVER_EXTENSION now works under w2k
- some other bugs were fixed
